I currently only ship within the EU.

I offer simple flat-rate shipping to keep your order straightforward.
Within the Netherlands: €3.00 (Flat Fee)
Within Europe: €6.00 (Flat Fee)

I take about 3-5 business days to print and prepare your art for shipping. After that, delivery takes 1-3 business days for the Netherlands. For international orders, it typically takes 5-14 business days depending on your location.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, please send an email to hello@marysue.art with your order details. I will then provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.

If your item arrives damaged or if there is another issue with your order, please contact me immediately at hello@marysue.art. Please include your order number and a photo of the problem so I can find a solution for you as soon as possible.
